GUYS, GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! APPROVED. I GOT ONE OF THE OFFICERS TO HELP ME OUT AFTER CRYING ON THE PHONE FOR THE LAST 30 DAYS.

SHE TOLD ME TO FILE AN EXPEDITE, I DID (EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT KNOW IF I QUALIFIED). i USED FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR MY REASON.

I told them my paycheck was reduced, my mortgage (which I added my husband's name to) had increase, I have 3 children, a load of debt and without my husband I am experiencing a financial hardship. I don't know...... but they took it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance: I did request a Supervisor who told me to go ahead and give it a try. I did, I prayed, I prayed and I'm apprved!!!!!!!! Thank YOU GOD!!

Im glad for you, I bet the officer took your request right over the phone and inputted into system, then you got a email apporval for a expedite, then today you got your email of petition approved?? em I correct.???

Yes..... i don't know what's going on over there, but I was fortunate to get a very, nice person who was moved with pity. Ofcourse the credit goes to the Ma above, but she played a major role. She advised me to take a chance with it. I highly recommend it if you are facing a financial hardship to PLEAAASE go for it. You have nothing to lose!

Yes Cmonda,

I have been following your thread as well as all the others like Jon Blessing, HOHOHO, Ines, InkyPinky, estadia, Paris Heart, etc. etc.etc.

Keep calling with the RFE trick and state your case but please be very KIND. It helps to move them with sympathy. I know it shouldnt have to be this way, but for my family to be reunited, it's a small price to pay.

Also, Right after I filed the expedite, my petition was touched 48 hrs later, which was the 22nd, then again today, then the approval came
