I´m sending my I-129F petition today!! Hopefully, hehe. OK, sorry to trouble everyone because of my confusion and mistake, but I was hoping you could help me. I posted last week asking if I can make my check payable to USCIS, because I already have a money order made out to that name because in the GENERAL instructions on the USCIS website it says to make the check out to USCIS or DHS. Pushbrk so kindly responded to my last post suggesting I review the I-129F directions (why didn´t I think of that?) which I hadn´t been able to do because the only computer I have access to doesn´t have adobe and it´s a work computer so I cant download it. Anyway, I finally was able to consult the directions today to make sure I haven´t missed anything before I send the petition and it DOES say on the I-129F directions that the check should be made out to DHS. I can go change it at my bank, but then I would have to wait till Monday to submit the petition (because of the time it would take to do both things) and I am so anxious to submit it. So, before changing the check, I thought I would double check to see if anyone here has had a check accepted with their I-129F petition made out to USCIS. Or if anyone has had one rejected. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE! And thanks for the earlier advice Pushbrk.

They'll accept it made out to USCIS. Monday is a holiday.
