photocopies of your u.s. proof of income is fine.

you will need a photocopy of the CDN passport.

I can't remember what else we did for photocopes...

Try doing a search within this site...I remember there being a lot of discussion on this before...

I thought we just needed to bring the passport....not also make photocopies of it?!

Do they have the I-129 form in their hands at the time of the interview? (because this package actually contained photocopies of the passport....)

So does it mean that I will need to also take with me photocopies of all the original documents that I will be bringing with me to the interview?

Talk about a waste of paper....

Hello,

Do we have to submit all original documents or do they accept the photcopy after you show them the original. ie. birth certificate, marriage license?

If you didn't send in an original document, then you need to bring it in with you to the interview. They will examine the copy and the original. If an original was submitted, then it will be returned to you at the interview. I would submit only photocopies and bring in originals, just in case something gets lost.
