Once my Fiance gets visa. Does he need to buy roundtrip ticket to JFK? or is one way ok? Also, I read on here he asks for the "work" visa at JFK. What exactly is that called and is there a fee for it? Just dont want him flying here unprepared.

Your fiance doesnt need roundtrip ticket, but then i flew to the jfk i had a roundway ticket, because roundtip was cheaper then oneway ticket! since he has a k1 visa he can not get a work visa, but he will get a 90 days work permit in jfk. After u guys will get married, he will need to apply for work authorization! im gonna apply for mine at the end of next week!
