Hi all!

We are gathering our info to file our I-751, but I'm wondering if all affidavits need to be notarized? What kind of affidavit do I need to get from my landlord, if at all? My husband is not on the lease, since I had to get the place before he got out here and he didn't have a SS# at that time.

Also, any other tips for what to send? Should I bother with photos, etc?

Please help!

Thanks!

The only notarized letter we had came from my wife's uncle, we are renting his house but we don't have any contract since it's between the family. The rest of the letters aren't, we didn't have any issues during our interview.

Maybe you can ask your landlord to add your husband to the lease, just to give it more veracity or just ask him to write a letter certifying that you intend to add him to the lease or something.

No, we didn't have any picture sent, leave those for the interview.

You might want to send plane tickets, maybe chat logs...anything logic that can prove that your relationship is valid, it's better if you are sending too much, than sending to little.
