Thanks for proving my point. Obama supporters (or at least the ones I've met) have no idea what Obama really wants but they will blindly follow their messiah to the bitter end. Obama should change his slogan buzzwords from "hope" and "change" to "believe" and "obey".

"Ask McCain and you'll get at least 7 different answers. He can't even get his facts straight about Iraq."

Actually the policy is pretty clear. He supports the status quo of the successful surge strategy and continuing to meet the benchmarks laid out. He's has talked about "100" years in Iraq but Obama cuts off the next sentence about a relatively peaceful presence a al Germany, Japan or Cuba. You may disagree with McCain but Obama will preside over his own surrender policy and reap the positives and negatives that come with it.

Don't forget to look at the carpetbagger website to get your response straight.

Hey, hats off to bloggers like Steve Benen who actually cite their sources, and thank God (or Al Gore) for the blogosphere.

Although it may be convenient to classify all who have decided to support or endorse Obama as doing so for the same, narrowly defined reasons, I can only speak for myself. The choice has been narrowed down to two candidates - McCain and Obama (although some are still hanging out hope for Hillary). McCain for the last 8 years has aligned himself with GW Bush and his policies, which, IMO and about 80 percent of the population, believe have been a miserable failure, and so I'm betting on the best horse left...Obama. This is the political system we've got...and you support your candidate with whatever lumps that come with them. Obama will win in November and he'll win decisively. If Hillary were the nominee, I'd say the same thing. Eight years of the Bush Administration has pretty much sealed the deal for voters...and you can take that to the bank.

There you go again. That check you want to cash when Obama wins will bounce. Obama hasn't a clue when it comes to the world. That much is becoming more clear by the day.

Keep convincing yourself that, Gary. The days of the neo-cons running this country into the ground are numbered. It's going to be a massacre on election day where the Republicans will lose many seats in congress as well as the White House. I don't mean to rub your nose in Dubbya's sh!t, but you keep on insisting that the voters will hold their noses for another 4 years of it and that's just not accepting reality.

Your the one that is living in a dream world. Obama hasn't a chance.

Another gem of a post for posterity.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

We don't need to turn your rushing to ridiculous conclusions as you do with GW pseudoscience a cause for laughter. Please don't do the same for this election as I already believe you are probably going to have to stick your head under the sand after Obama wins... to your tragic cries.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

Yeah right. The middle of the road and the right will not vote for Obama. Only you far left types have drank the koolade.

OK Gary. You can repeat all that if you want in November after the Republicans lose the WH and give up the rest of Congress.

I haven't said a word about the congress yet. But Obama will not win the white house. Just isn't going to happen.

OK

That solves it. I'll believe you instead of paying attention to common sense.

You are not demonstrating a lot of common sense if you think Obama is the answer.

 Correct, everyone is sick of this, the economy is in the toilet, we have a war that is a complete freaking disaster, education system failing and I could go on and on, but people are truly tired of this. At this point I would throw a chicken up there, anything is better than this. Why would I want 4 more years of this hell, why would anyone want that kind of punishment? Sorry, but this is not good work, period.

Only half of the dems have drank the koolaid of Obama. The rest of the country isn't taken in by his charm. He isn't going to win.

But of course, Operation Gary... we're still in the nomination process. But the laugh will definitely be on you (although you'll pull a denial by then, I'm sure) when McCain concedes the general election. Otherwise there wouldn't be so much obvious discontent with your wacko cowboy from Texas. Unless of course, you'd like to deny that as well...

Your looking at this through koolaid stained glasses. Just because you love Obama does not mean the rest of the country does. The rest of us see him for what he is. A first term senator with no experience, no clue as to the rest of the world and a hard left idealog. He will not win.
