WHATS THE BEST THING TO DO? pick up visa in USEM or let delbro deliver it?

Hello Guys!

Im still in the process to scheduling all my flights to Manila since I am probensyana. Im planning to fly to Manila June 8, 2008 sunday. So by Monday, I can be early going to St. Lukes. And my Interview will be on June 18. Whats the best thing to do? I'll just pick up my visa in USEM extend few days in Manila? or just let DELBROS deliver it in my City? Im afraid it will take 2-4weeks for me to get my visa. Pls. help I need your advice. Thank you so much!

i have heard from others that there is no visa pick up now. so i guess the only choice we have is to wait delbros to deliver our visa at home
