Hello everyone.

Thank you for your time and consideration to look at my question.

I want a suggestion from you regarding RFE.

Our RFE letter was sent out to us yesterday. Since we have not received it yet, we cannot really tell what it is for...

But, here is the thing: I know that I obviously made a mistake on G-325A(I wrote NONE to the question asking my residence outside of the U.S. for more than 5 years...). I also included only one copy of attachment to G325A(Since there are 4 pages of G325A, I also needed to include 4 copies of the attachment.)

So, my question is....

If RFE is not for G325A and its attachment, should I still include revised G-325A and additional copies of attachment to avoid another RFE? We are thinking we shuould include those with a letter asking an adjudicator to replace them with the one currently on file and explaining the mistake on the form.

What do you think? Should we include those or not?

Is it a bad thing to include what they did not ask for?

We just want to avoid another RFE.... :crying:

Please give me your sugesstion.

Thanks a lot :star:

Have a nice day

Nao

Hi Nao,

I am not an expert but personally I would just reply exactly to what the RFE letter is requesting. I am sure our G325A had a slight mistake in also and all we were asked was for the passport of my SO who is the USC to prove his visits to the UK. If you provide more than what they ask for it might just confuse them.

All the best

You cannot answer before get the RFE letter and before you know the exactly thing they need. Also, you must return the original RFE letter with your answer. So, be patient and wait. I know how do you feel about it because I got one. Buy everything went fine after I answer to them.

Good luck.
