From everything I read, it pays to use an attorney. Those that don't often have something wrong in their paperwork which delays the Visa.

When the embassy finally sends notice to benificiary along with forms and schedules, are they in their native language or are they sent in English and she has to have them translated? Thanks in advance. RexT

Here is the website for the embassy. You can download the files and see exactly what she will see. The forms will be in english; instructions on what to do in both english and thai.

For Rin, i filled everything in and gave it to her. Many others have done the same and faxed, Fedex'ed, emailed, etc.
