I think that this kind of process should be much more transparent. I mean from beginning to end, we as petitioners and beneficiaries are only aware of 10% of what is going on. We send a packet and wait. we get a receipt and wait. We get a notice of action and wait. We get a new case number and wait. we schedule an interview and wait. we have the interview and wait for documents to be verified. When we try to get some piece of information, we are given none. If our government can't use a service that's more reliable, we should complain. I mean Delbros tells people several different dates that they forwarded documents to NSO. They tell people that they need to pay when they already have. What kind of record keeping goes on there?

I understand your frustrations. The document verification is a poorly ran process. The documents are only sent to NSO once a week and delivered from NSO once a week.

As you can see in our timeline, the doc verification fee was paid on January 7 and not sent to NSO until the last week of February.

I hope your wait is shorter than ours was.

Yes.. Their needs to be an accountability for the entire process since so many hands are involved.

Shape knows what I mean and many others I have talked to.. she called like Zandy and received completely different dates on a different occasions. This is really crazy.

To see some that paid the doc verification fee close to 2 months ago.. and then see others that paid 3 or 4 weeks ago and they're docs have made it back to the USEM before the ones that paid nearly 2 months ago is nutz.

I doubt anything will change in the future..

Envy and Zandy will have to be patient with a smile on their face... and then hope that someone will get it together long enough to get the final approval and the visa printed.. and then find someone to deliver it to them
