So I'm confused.

I'm in Washington State and insturction says I should send I-751 to NSC so I did on May 19th by Express mail.

and It went to NSC and somehow got delivered to CSC...

what is going on? was I supposed to mail it to CSC?

here's the USPS delivery msg.

"Your item was delivered at 11:21 AM on May 22, 2008 in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607 to INS EXPRESS MAIL "

Yes, USCIS seems to be concentrating I-751 applications at two Service Centers - CSC and VSC. They are still requiring applicants to submit their applications to the Service Center in charge of their area, though, so if you were supposed to send it to NSC, that is where you send it. NSC then forwards it on to CSC. TSC is also forwarding their applications to VSC, except that TSC seems to be accepting them and letting them sit for a while before transferring them to VSC. Awkward? Convoluted? Overly involved? Yep! That's the USCIS for you!

Btw- being transferred to California is a good thing - they are processing I-751s in 4 to 5 months time. VSC is averaging 15 months!

Lucky you! Your chances to get adjudicated in a few months are way up now. CSC works way faster than other centers-they have more employees there.
