Hi,

Just wanna ask how or where to renew the Phil. passport coz i dont have any idea where to renew it and it will expired next month...By the way i lived now in texas...appreciated for all the information.

This is the Philippine Consulate in LA, CA. Depending on where you live, you may have to apply at the consulate offices at either San Fransisco, Chicago, or New York. It can be done either in person or through the mail.

Just do an online search for the nearest Embassy or Consulate. You can usually mail it to them, per their instructions.

If you're also planning on changing the name on your Philippine passport to your married name, you will have to file a Report of Marriage together with your passport renewal. Check this link out for info on how to file a Report of Marriage.

I was married in New Jersey so i dont think i need to report my previous marriage right?Do i need to mail the original copy of my marriage contract and divorce decree?Thanks for all your help...

Do I still need to file a Report of Marriage form if I do not want my name changed in the passport? Thanks in advance.
