On the flip side if we get the NOA2 soon it will make for an all the better reunion next week with my fiance!! I can help him get packet 3 documents ready!! I couldn't sleep last night, too much excitement!!!

Ohhh. I was all confused. The beneficiary does Packet 3.... not the petitioner. The petitioner receives NOA 1 & 2 and then that's it for them. Everything else is done by you.

USCIS sends a RFE with no information attached. This was at the end of Feb. I've since rec'd a 2nd RFE with the added documentation and am in the process of completing a 2nd medical to appease them. Good thing I located a CS that has a reasonable rate.

Hehe those tuition and education credits sure paid off! Tuition rebate and graduate tax exemption! Too bad I won't be able to use all of the rest of my credits as this next year will be my leaving canada return (hopefully ) I have enough not to pay any taxes in Canada for another 5 years!! Yeah. You know when I look back on the entire cost of this love thing.... not just the money but the cost of leaving everyone and everything behind.... I seriously wonder if I momentarily lost my mind. Honestly.

There is that thingy called biochemical state of mind (& body...hormones raging!!! hee, hee) that happens and sticks around for the first 3-6 months of meeting someone you are smitten by.

And so, being out of our minds (in a biophysical and very real way) we make decisions that affect a long piece of time (if not "forever"), based on a semi-crazy state of being.

It just all seemed like such a great idea at the time.
