oohh! slumber party.. haha! i'm so excited for you guys.. finally, the long-awaited interview! good luck to your hubby, Rajaa! and good luck to your nerves! hahaha! i couldn't eat or sleep when it was my husband's interview.. well, that and this baby inside of me that just will not let up with heartburn!

well Jen had to take a night time cold pill last night to help me sleep now i cannot seem to wake up well but ..... i am glad i took it i don't think i can sleep.. i am working to day then slumber party tonight then the interview and tomorrow will begin the next leg of this journey.

is he like freaking out right now or is he calm as ever? cuz my husband couldn't sleep at all!!! his appt was 0630 AM and at 12 AM he was pacing.. left the condo at 0330! haha!

anyway, i gotta go.. another dr's appt for me! it never ends...

I have got married to a US Citizen in March 2008 and My wife has filed our paper work on 19th may 08 i was wondering how long the process will take.We have filed and sent my paper work to Vermont Service office.

till Nov 6 the status on USCIS was "File received and pending"

but then after it has been changed to "This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred"

what does this mean?

What can be approx time to go for the approval.

I would appreciate if somebody could help me out understand it better

were you at the Vermont Serviceing Center??? sounds like they transferred you to the California service center.. that's good news. Cant tell you how long it will take cause you're depending on the approvals.

but once it's in your hands at NVC you can speed through that in a month good luck!
