Thanks Jen, And I hope we all do not have to do the goodbye at the airport much more!!! We all know that is the worst part.

Me and my wife were just talking about this last night. And both of us can't understand the people that go through this, then get divorced or something, then look for someone from a different country again.

When me and my wife met, I wasn't looking for anything. I was working in Buenos Aires, and it just happened. But knowing what I know now, I would never look for a spouse from a different country.

I tht I was d only one who was waiting 4 NOA 2...but when I saw d timelines 4 CNMB...I tht he I am nt alone...

Waitin alone is terrible.....waiting with all u hys might be a bit easy.........

Aman, welcome to team waiting....i am glad u found this forum...let me tell u, i follow this forum like religion....it just helps the day go by faster....our timelines r very similar and our consulate/embassy is the same as well. lets keep our hopes high and all will b cleared up soon...actually i dont want it to get delayed until jan...i am hoping to b out of NVC by dec and get a february date for the interview as I am going back to India to b with her for valentine's day. this way i can attend the interview also with her and bring her back with me...lets see how it goes...

I know....CMNB....Our cases are almost similar.....Are u a PR or a Citizen??? n this VSC is so darn slow....God knws wht they are doing with I 30's.....

I talked 2 my parents ( in laws)....last night....they were atleast more positive than I am...Dad is coming to India in Feb...I just wish I go back with him:)

N ur right about VJ...its a great place...I rather sit on VJ d whole day than visit USICS procesing times pages...ha ha......

Raaja...I knwo how tough d goodbyes are...we just had to say it once n we just hate d thought of going thru this again...My hubby refuses to even talk on a webcam...can't even say goodbye on d machine:)

Lets keep our fingers crossed n Bug all the GODS out there:)

Only 7 days, 13 hours and 15 minutes until I am with my wife for always!!!

that's great steve did she already have her interview?? Is there an AP I think I missed something?

No, her interview is the 14th, But I go down there next Saturday to be with her and go to the interview with her. Then, God willing, she will return with me. No more saying goodbye at the airport.

Was doing good until few minutes ago Rajaa. I paid my AOS fee bill on 8/1 and the status was 'In Process'. Same status this morning when I checked. I just checked again and the status is 'Not Paid'. The money wasn't withdrawn from my account either. I wonder what happened......

i really want to be there for the interview then leave with him.. but how to ask my supervisor is the problem.. #######. i have already taken waay too much vacation time this year. i'm surprise i still have my job!

but then i haven't researched how the manila embassy sets up the interviews.. it might take 2 months..

i'm in the middle of packing.. do you think it's necessary for me to bring his old letters to me while we were dating years ago? aren't we just suppose to prove MARRIAGE?

I think any evidence related to you both would be useful. Our courtship too lasted about 2 years so I am getting letters, chat sessions and saved screens with web cam imagines as proof. But then again, my story could be different from yours. you both have roots in Philipines. My husband is a half palestinian half caucasian married to a pakistani....so we will be needing all the proof there is ...or so it seems...hmmm

Also, needed to warn you guys...we paid the IV Bill after the DS-3032 had entered the system and the Bill had been invoiced on the 31st. Then it showed IN PROCESS. Now the AVR updated on the 1st and the message was about the IV bill has been generated and on the website...the status went back to NOT PAID . I do not know what will happen from here as I have not been able to speak to Zayd since last night but its weird. He did say he will speak to someone at NVC. I just hope they don't charge this bill twice. I have already been a really very Expensive Wife Just wanted to inform you all on this latest development.

I was wondering if you have spoken to your husband regarding the status of the IV payment. I paid AOS fee on 8/1 and the status of 'in process' and I checked now, the status is 'not paid'. The money was not withdrawn from the bank. Was it withdrawn from your bank? I'm wondering if the payment went through or if I should try the paying again??
