our courtship has lasted 6 years.. that's a lot of stuff to bring to the embassy! i can't even find the really old pics now. i have a couple that was somehow saved online.. gona try to print that. only printed out 4 pages of chat logs and screenshots dating back to 2004. can't seem to find anything before that. thank goodness i saved the messages in YM. have my current cellphone bills printed out.. well, a couple per year since 2003.. going to bring some wedding and honeymoon pics. he has a billion of my letters. i think that's enough.

they already accepted your DS-3032, Sara? nice! must be because of the hard copy that you guys sent? i hope the fee went through! they had better not charge your husband twice! i just checked online, IV fee not invoiced yet..

Yes I too believe it was the hard copy that went through. As for the IV Fee Bill...I am waiting for him to wake up so I could speak to him about it. I think it should not be a problem because we had received the payment receipts online while the bill went to IN PROCESS mode. He did say he spoke to NVC about it but there was a power cut so couldn't talk. Anyway too much irrelevant detail I know but I'll keep you posted on this one. Officially the Bill was generated on August 1st.

No, her interview is the 14th, But I go down there next Saturday to be with her and go to the interview with her. Then, God willing, she will return with me. No more saying goodbye at the airport.

6 days 9 hours 20 minutes till my plane lands in Buenos Aires.

This forum is so awesome. It is easier somehow to go through this stuff with a bunch of other people going through the same things. It is still hard, but not as hard. I hope you get approved soon. My NOA1 for the I130 was dated 9 days after yours... it appears!

welcome, Aman! feel free to voice your thoughts and questions here.. nope, you are not alone in the waiting.. plenty of people who are still waiting that filed in VSC, and some from CSC.. ill put you in our tracker..

GUYS! i leave tomorrow!!! i am so not done packing. was out of the house buying stuff then when i got home, i was soo tired that i fell asleep and just now woke up. i'm panicking! i'm scheduled to work tonight! this is ridiculous! i'll be sure to update you guys while i'm in the philippines!

I am really confused..as per d USCIS processing times.....they are till processing 3 Sep 2007 Files as on 20th July 2008 how come all d cases way post Sep 2007 are getiing NOA2.....I had drummed my self to wait till Jan 2009 for my NOA2...but when I look at all these cases.....I just wish things cud move faster....

N its been too long since my last touch......Did they trow way our file or what:(

Don't pay attention to the USCIS processing times. The are not even close to accurate. They put them way out to protect themselves. And touches don't always mean anything. I have seen many people who had no touches, then all of the sudden the next touch was the approval.

Looking at your timeline, you are around the time of people who are just starting to get approved. So just hang in there and I would think that you do not have much more time until you get approved.

And just remember, compared to the rest of your life together, this is a short time to be apart. Down the road when you are together and holding each other and talking about how much you love each other. You will forget about this short time apart.

And Rajaa, this is for you too!!!! Just remember, it isn't easy. But the reward is great!!!!!

If you think it is tough now, just wait until you are approved and have your interview date. The days go by soooooooo slow. Every day seems like a month!!!

Welcome Aman!!!! Yes I am one of those waiting lol... thanks Steve for the positive support you know I need it.

Yeah I bet waiting for the interview is tough... I was a little confused but now I understand your situation. I sooo hate those goodbyes at the airport. the last time I was walking in to a check point leaving my husband and his father they stood and watched me his father trying not to cry... my husband stoic as usual. I put on my sunglasses and couldn't help the water works.... the moroccan police officer asked me to take them off... I started to but when he saw me he waived me in saying "please please put back on.... I am sorry" he looked past me at my FIL and husband and gave them the I understand nod of his head.

uuuugghhhhh now I am working on seeing him again I hope in September and reallly hate the idea of another goodbye. I am so happy for you Steve and anyone who will not have to do that ever again with their spouse.
