Hello all May filers! I just want to update that my I-130 petition got approved! :dance: :dance: Just got the email about an hour ago that they mailed the notice today. Now, I don't know what I need to do next :unsure::lol:

05/01/08 - Mailed I-130

05/04/08- I-130 delivered

05/08/08 - NOA1

05/09/08 - check cashed

05/15/08 - touched

07/14/08 - I-130 approval email notice received

07/19/08 - received NOA2 hard copy

You mean come on Vermont....I think they are up there scratching their A**es! lol I don't begrudge Cali approvals though - Congrats Nightsurf!

CR-1/IR-1 Journey for Self

12th April 08 - Married in Australia

21st April 08 - Mailed off I-130 but with incorrect title on cheques

30th April 08 - USCIS returned petitions requesting correct title on cheques

2nd May 08 - Mailed out I-130s again! Finally on our way!!!

9th May 08 - NOA-1

7th Nov 08 - Tranferred to CSC

4th Dec 08 - Approved!!!

22nd Dec 08 - NVC # assigned

23rd June 09 - Case Complete at NVC (We slowed down the process on purpose to time interview accordingly)

18th August 09 - Medical

25th August 09 - Interview Date - Approved!!!

19th February 10 - POE L.A (No dramas, just SLOW)

2nd March 10 - Welcome to America Letter

Oh please don't tell me to wait...I am just 24...so is Zayd.... and knowing we have been trying since last December....this is becoming Very annoying. But Alhumdulillaah it's for our betterment. Planning to see him this October in Jordan....Cant wait.

But waiting is not fun.... :no:

Thats right, we need to see something from VSC also....its time for them to wake up. maybe the new dates that will be posted today/tomorrow will bring some encouraging news...

NVC Timeline:

9/30 : Case completed!!!! (THANK YOU, LORD!!!)

10/03: Interview date assigned

US Embassy in Manila:

10/30 : Paid Document Verification (just to be on the safe side)

11/12 - 11/13 : Medical at SLEC

11/18: INTERVIEW DATE/MANILA EMBASSY/0630AM - VISA APPROVED!

11/20 : Visa in hand! (that was fast!)

11/30 : Flight to USA!

Life in America:

11/30 : POE:LAX

12/04 : SSN issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

12/04 : "Green Card" issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

NOVEMBER 30, 2010 : CR1 expires

Thanks everyone! My applications' approval shows things are moving along. Maybe not at the pace the we want to, but still moving along. Just hang in there and I'm sure everyone will get their approval notices soon.

UUUUggghhHHHHH My time line changed on VJ now it's Nov/Dec from Sept/Oct :oops:

Are you serious???? :( I just checked mine too and the same... :crying: The weird thing is the historical data for K3 filers .. the number of days from NOA1 to interview has went down to 241. I wonder why the estimated timeframes in our timelines have changed? When I started here mine initially said August 28 and now it's saying Oct-Nov for I129F and Nov-Dec for I130. Hmmm....
