oh yeah, any updates or touches.. we did hier lawyers a lolly and homless, and 2 days ago they todl us vermont center dont look at K3 visa,,they cant do taht now with us.ist unfair.

we paid 1800$ for lawyers to speed things .but nothing

I don't mean to be rude, but you hired a lawyer, not a magician.

Yeah, but i belive that they have thier ways to reach consulate people.and iam sure about that.and they succed to get visa for 100/100 of teh peopel who hired them.. http://www.fianceevisas.com

Just the topic is .why Vermont is stoping looking at K3 VISa. lawyer told me so,and they are trying to find out whats going on ..

For some Reasons vermont center stopd processing K3 Visa.and Processing Time is up to 6 months

And IN Caliornia is aproving within 1 month...I hope They Can speed things as soon as possible .Its Hard to keep us apart......

Our K-3 at CSC took 5 1/2 months - simple, well documented case, so there is no need to be jealous.

Well let see, we mail it gets returned and now we get the unlucky to be sent to vermont the slower of the two offices

and guess what we still haven't got our hard copy of the NOA1 it is lost in the mail.

Lawyers cannot do anything to speed things up. Delay things perhaps. :unsure: We have a lawyer too and he is getting into my nerves. If I have a choice then I would rather do it my own than wasting money with a lawyer.

Same here - there is a case in MENA where a lawyer actually messed up a CR-1 case and it caused months delay because the petitioner had to re-file... My boss' son is an immi lawyer and he actually says I shouldn't hire a lawyer!!!
