8/14/06- NVC sent petition to Consulate

8/17/06 - Korean Consulate rec'd Petition

8/23/06 - rec'd packet 3 from Consulate

8/25/06 - sent packet 3 back to Consulate

8/27/06 - got confirmation email from Consulate, they rec'd packet three

8/27/06 - requested interview date via Consulate internet site.

9/1/06 - Checked internet site for interveiw date, it was there

Seriously... they received my petition on March 7th. I'm just wondering how close they really are to my case! I'd love to see a touch or something!!!!!

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

hello you guys, Just checked Vermont, and says they are processing receipt dates from April 9th 2006, then I saw your timeline. What has happened to yours, your receipt date is from march, correct??? Have you had RFE's? this is confusing...

To anyone else reading, How long DOES it take to process anyway, if they are processing April 9, how long does it take to get to April 10??? days ?, weeks?... they dont update often enough to get a clear picture..or am I missing something??

April 14 - sent I-129F to Vermont

April 25 - NOA1

May, June, July lost to IMBRA and RFE's

Aug 22 - NOA2

Sept 25 - interview date OCTOBER 13th

Oct 26 - arrived at JFK - work authorized

Nov 21 - apply SSN, received Nov 29

Dec 16 - marriage license

Jan 05 - wedding

Jan 30 - AOS begins

huh! wish they would update the california centre processing time .. it's stuck somewhere at the start of Feb but I see people who recieved their NOA1 several weeks after that date have been getting through recently...

Just thought if I moaned maybe they would update ours too.. hee hee

21 October 2006 - Married in the mountains of North Carolina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

16 December 2006- biometric appointment in Charlotte, NC
