"Worse" can mean different things, WoM.

In the context of the sentence you quoted, it meant "rotten" or "immoral" rather than "destructive".

If you count the number of people killed by Fatah and Hamas, you'll find that Hamas killed a lot more.

First you say Fatah and Hamas are "all the same" to you. Then you say Fatah is "worse than Hamas" because "they have to 'work extra hard' (i.e. kill more Israelis)." Then you say Fatah is "a great partner for peace" and "nowhere near as destructive as Hamas."

And now you contradict yourself again, saying "Hamas killed a lot more" than Fatah.

You take everything I say too literally. You should look up "metaphor" some time.

Let me explain it to you once again:

1) "Fatah and Hamas are all the same". Meaning: they are both terrorist groups.

2) "Fatah is worse than Hamas". Meaning: Fatah are back-stabbing two-faced

hypocrites ("peace-loving moderates" or "terrorists" when it suits them), whereas

Hamas are at least consistent and clear on where they stand.

3) Hamas killed a lot more people than Fatah. No contradiction there.

I think you're the one who needs to look up "metaphor" -- you haven't used a single one in your posts in this thread.

It is a shame that people have divided themselves based on religion; of course the Arabs lost a lot, not the first people to have that happen to them. That said, they way they are handling it is observably not working, but the same things keep getting repeated, I call that insanity. What would it take for these two folks to sit down and hash it all out? Why do you need to have that particular land, if you were offer a wonderful new home in a great country, would you accept that? I am just wondering what everyone thoughts are on this. Do you think this can ever happen? It must end somehow; it reminds me of north and south Ireland in the day.
