you can just go in there .its a first come first serve basis.

just check there website for schedules (different days for different countries)

During my time, there's no need for an appointment. In St Mary' they have 1 seminar in the morning and another 1 in the afternoon. You can verify if it is still the same in this website www.cfo.gov.ph.

The PRISM seminar on Taft Avenue is a walk in first come first serve. It is also close to the CFO office. The other one in Quezon city is a by scheduled appointment.
