45 days have passed!!

On the NOA1 it says it takes 30 to 45 days to process... 45 days has passed with no touches and no NOA2...Im going threw Vermont and as most people are aware of on VJ Vermonts pretty josh darn fast in the process....there have been loads of people on VJ that have sent the K1 in weeks after me and have got the NOA2........Vermonts processing times are still at March 19th and the my NOA1 is dated for the 25th... I have called several times today and the wait times 20 to 25 mins to talk to someone which is fine but my question is am i going to get the story that i have to wait till xxxxxxx amount of days pass before i can make a status request on what the heck they are doing with my case thats taken so freckin long and that they are working on cases blah blah blah when i know others have been going threw at speed...Uggggg I hate this chit!! any suggestions or comments would be appreciated...Ive just booked a flight to the UK for 10 days to go see my baby on monday and it would be so nice to know that im not lost in the cracks of the uscis......

Ok.. doing a timeline search I found petitions for K-1s through Vermont with NOA1 dates of 4/24, 4/4, 3/23, 3/8 and your 3/25... does seem kinda weird considering that there aren't that many, but who knows if they just failed to fill in their timelines or not..

Vermont's does now say April 9th, you should try calling them!

The samething happened to us. Our petition was delayed due to background checks. Try calling the number and next get on the phone with senator. Hopefully you live in NY and if you do, call Senator Clinton.

Looking at your timeline, it was only 3 months to get through those background checks... at other centers, it's 3 months just to get to that point... but you got your NOA2, thank goodness.
