Doing the package preparation for our I-751, wondering if y'all had opinions about using the mailing address - I was thinking about putting my work address since the mail is delivered there every day earlier than we get ours at home and frankly I would get notices quicker. Or would this be unusual? There's no problem with getting mail at home, but the postoffice delivers at 5pm there (and obviously we go collect it after work so I don't actually get to see it until 7pm-ish), and it's 11.30am delivered and sorted at the office. (Quick edit to add - our home would be the primary address obviously like on our DLs etc, I'm just talking about the option of 'mailing address')

Sorry to be sweating the small stuff... but you guys know how important all the details are...

Thanks!

personally. i won't put the work address as mailing address.

will it be so sure that you will work for the same company till you get the citizenship?

this is just my opinion.

Thanks WenRI for responding - yeah I'm sure I'll still be at the same company until then (I own part of it - so I have an interest to be here)... but its a good point.

I'm just a little nervous (aren't we all during this process...), during my AOS I missed my initial biometrics appointment because the day the letter was delivered (at home) was the day I was scheduled to go there and I didn't get the letter to say to go to the ASC until after 6pm since the mail carrier doesn't show up before 5pm for our community - obviously it was just slow mail, but I still had a cardiac when I read that 'failure to show up' warning etc that was on there - luckily they let me reschedule. If it had been delivered at work I probably would have got it earlier and could have made it over to the ASC on time.

I think you can use any mailing address (even PO box). I was considering about it too since some of our mail just get lost (no idea why-but we might get statements some months and not get it the other month, etc. We get neigbours mail quite often too). I was just lazy to open PO box.
