I think I will start mailing a letter to everyone.

yall in?

SHREW....you're not that far from D.C. someone out there has to listen to you. Like you said, you don't want special treatment, you just want to know what's up. I would feel the same way...TELL US SOMETHING...don't leave us in the dark...all this may ruin my marriage. I'm right beside you.

....when it hurts to look back and you're scared to look ahead LOOK beside you and I'll be there.....

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore... and who always will.

So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

ok. if anyone has any addresses, lets post them. i emailed my senator friend and asked who I needed to address with this issue (besides him...) and I should hear back from him soon...

lets start with :

Gov. Tim Kaine

PAtrick Henry Building, 3rd Floor

1111 East Broad St.

Richmond VA 23219

phone (804) 786-2211

fax (804) 371-6351

Lt. Gov. Bill Bolling's office

Jenna Baker (special assistant..I think we will have more luck this route)

102 Gov. Street

Richmond, VA 23219

basically all I am going to say is how rediculous it is that VSC has not moved I-130 processing dates for 3 months and the month before that they only moved to go BACKWARD. and that FAMILY visas are far behind work and fiancee VISAs and that family should be priority.

Also I will state how long we have all been waiting (in DAYS..) and that noone cares about us.

Virginia is for lovers... RIIIGHT......

oh..and I'm gonna write the USCIS new director too

...and an aside: this is just not a VSC problem. Some of the longest timelines are currently coming out of CSC.

Maybe but they are still coming out, your own spreadsheet shows that CSC is well into Jan. and up with just a few people left behind, and I have a feeling that something is wrong with their file dates, by Feb 14th there were no more delays for NOA1, so seeing those people with Oct file dates and feb 3-13 NOA1 makes me think that those people had the same situation that you did in your first I 130 being rejected forcing you to refile in Jan after you got your package back. I hope that it is something that can be fixed as far as getting CSC to change your recieved date to your first filing but it is very clear that CSC is moving at a very good pace. They are moving, yes there are some left behind but they are still doing very well.

Wow guys... I just filled for my I-130 on monday and was wondering if I should send the I-129F in for a K3... any thoughts if the CR-1 is causing so many problems???? It's a shame that marrying our spouses is causing a larger delay than getting them into the country unmarried. Once I get my NOA1 i'll chime in on the faxes and letters. This is crazy can you imagine working at your job like that with no accountability?

They have no jursidiction but as our liason to these agencies they should be able to ask questions.

I know this is not just a VSC problem but that is where I am and aside from you, most of us in this timeline (those of us that talk everyday) are VSC so that is why I, personally, am targeting them. I know it ALL sucks. :(

thanks for the advice

Hang on Shrew.

We were really too much stressed before we get the approval. VSC is slow, sad but true. Our case also have nothing extraordinary to be behind most october filers.Straight forward case with no RFE requested. But you see some people approved faster than you some late. My opinion is if you use IR1/CR1 , things are a bit slower than k-3 since we will not have AOS. It will pay off later. the wait is generally equal.
