yeah this is absolutely ridiculous! No sort of consistency whatsoever! This is a waste of resources. If they would only work on one petition per person and not 2 they could have more people working on other cases, and people wouldn't have to wait so long to get an NOA2. No offense to you, but your case is essentially using double the resources it should be using while some other cases are not getting worked on at all. This is craziness.....but there are so many other cases just like it.
