When I originally sent in the I-129F petition packet, along with the letters of intent to marry from me and my fiance, I had a letter from my sister confirming her knowledge of our long distance relationship and a letter from my pastor confirming the wedding date and wedding arrangements at my church contingent upon if my fiance is granted the K1 visa that we will get married there and the letters were both signed and notorized.

QUESTION: I know for sure I have to provide current letters of intent to marry signed and notorized from me and my fiance but do I also need current letters from my sister and pastor as well since I had originally sent their letters when I first filed the I-129F petition for the interview?

I also had my sisters write affidavits for the K1 packet but I did not for the interview.

I am guessing it cannot hurt to have them :)

K&A,

Take anything and everything that will give you a sense of confidence and a some peace of mind. You will be there right? And from some of the interviews your being there with any additional documents of proof could only work in your favor.

I'm just gonna plan on giving them my arm and if they still refuse

I will offer my legs and if that is still not enough and they put me on AP

Then for my fiance I just will have to offer my head on a silve plater and right after that whataya know "ding" visa approved! I'm telling you...they want everything and they want it all.
