Hey All,

This stuff is wearing me out,

Anyway,

Can anybody help me ?

I-765, Category, A 6 OR C 9 ?

A6

K-1 Nonimmigrant Fiance(e) of U.S. Citizen orK-2 Dependent--(a)(6). File your EAD applicationif you are filing within 90 days from the date of entry. This EAD cannot be renewed. Any EAD applicationother than for a replacement must be based on yourpending application for adjustment under ©(9).

C9

Adjustment Applicant--©(9). File your EADapplication with a copy of the receipt notice or otherevidence that your Form I-485, Application forPermanent Residence or Adjust Status, is pending. You may file Form I-765 together with your FormI-485.

ALSO

If I am mailing the WHOLE AOS package,

is it necessary to have 2 - 2x2 pics and the I-94 for the I-765, if I've already supplied it for the I-485 ????

ALSO

is it necessary for the I-131- to to have a "official photo identity" ????, if I've already supplied one with the I-485 ?????

All applications must include a copy of an official photo identity document showing your photo, name and date of birth. (Example: a valid government- issued driver's license; passport identity page; Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card, or any other official identity document.) The copy must clearly show the photo and identity information.

Thanks for your help,

The USCIS folks give me different answers, i'm fed UP !!!!

K-1 visa holders are © (9).

I had two passport photographs for each: I-485, I-765, I-131. Total of six.

I also submitted copies of my passport bio pages, etc. for each of the above. It's a few extra pieces of paper, but I'm assuming they separate each form and supporting documents so I'll make it as easy for them as possible to avoid mistakes on their part or RFEs, etc. They're only government employees after all, you know.

HTH.
