I am about to file I-129F for my husband. I check the USCIS website for the application fees, it states: There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen. Does it mean I don't need to pay the application fee for I-129F. Note that I filed I-130 first.

Correct, you attach a copy of I-130 NOA1 letter to the I-129F, and pay no fee.

Your profile says K-1 yet you are talking K-3, please update: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...rCP&CODE=01

A few more notes: CR-1 takes a month or so longer to process, and results in green-card upon entry, K3 has added costs of AOS, and cannot take a job, get SSN or a driver's license until they have EAD or Green-card, EAD takes 90 days or more to get. Consider this carefully before filing the I-129F

Lastly, I highly recommend "A Candle for Love" no other site will prepare you as well for the consulate in China. http://candleforlove.com

YuAndDan,

Do I have to submitted the evidence of the bonefide marrige along with all other required documents again? should I include the phone call record for two years and photoes...?

Or just need to bring to the interview later on?

Thanks a million!

Just bring to the interview. A copy of a marriage certificate will do with the filing.
