As to what pushbrk said, make sure it's translated. Luckily I was able to circumvent all of that and obtain an international marriage certificate at the time of the marriage. Much easier and a recomendation for those who know in advanced that they want to immigrate to the United States.

I had to send the arabic version, I sent the english translation.

I know, I read that. I was just providing additional information for anyone else that would possibly read the thread. :D

Ok Im sorry I wasnt sure if you'd seen that. I felt so dumb when I didnt think to send the arabic one with it :blush: . I did get another touch on it today. I hope its good news and not something else I forgot.I thought I was being so careful making sure everything was included :unsure::blush:

I really hope you get positive news real soon.

And I know about finding out - after you finally sent the petition - that you missed something and feeling lousy about it. No sense in beating yourself up about it now, you fixed the problem!

No sweat! Congrats on the touch. Usually that's a good thing when you get a "touch." At least you know that someone is looking at your petition. Hopefully you have an approval coming your way soon!

They touched both my cases today :dance: this is the first time that my I130 has been touched since they paired them up. No email of anything yet. :blink: I hope I dont get any more RFEs.Thank you Catt for your words of encouragement. Its hard not to be hard on yourself when things like this happen.
