hey to you all guys... I am the new one in this section of the visajourney.com

cause i ve got just yesterday the K-3 visa in my native country. Well so in some days i ll be near my husband. So we are married now 9 months. So what is the better way to do things?: I wish i could get the permanent GREEN card, cause i ll be so sorry thinking that our 9 months of waiting for the K-3 visa and of being apart were in vain. I want these months of our marriage to be accounted. .... I think maybe it is better to wait like 1 year more and then to fill for the AOS?

PLEASE need advice THANKS in advance

Why are you seeing the conditional and permanent green cards as being different? Sure you could hold off an filing for AoS until you'd become eligible to get a 10 year rather than a 2 year card, but I don't see what's to be gained by doing that.

If you file now and get approval before your 2nd wedding anniversary, you will get a 2yr green card. This would mean you will have to apply for removal of conditions and cost you another $545. Your total costs would be:

AOS........................... $1010

I-751 $465+80................545

Total............................$1555

If you just file for EAD now (so you can get an SSN and also work if you want) and wait until it's almost your 2nd wedding anniversary your cost would be:

EAD.............................$ 340

AOS.............................$1010

Total............................$1350

Aside from monetary considerations, you also have to take into account things like: do you want to naturalize and have it done as early as you can? If you do, then you would want to file AOS early so that you qualify for naturalization earlier.
