I need some basic help

I have looked all over, but I can't find a list of what to submit to start the K1 process. I have the I129 and g325a, but in the "tips" section it mentions an "employer letter", "asset/loan documents", and "all of it".

Can someone list the documents required for submission, and tell me what they are or what they need to say? The sample forms don't have these forms.

I sent in a letter from my employer stating when I was employed there, that I am full time and my job is not ending anytime soon, my title, and how much I make a year.

Hi, Im here also in Houston.. the reply of BexandAlan is already complete.. so i guess I just say goodluck..the petition now is fast so make sure you have the complete documents.. u can send me message anytime..

don't get frustrated....

I'm not sure what all the other peeps told you but I give you this advice

I put my documents in a 3 ring binder. I made it to where all they have to do is flip. it was tabed and put in sheet protectors. I made damn sure their was no questions to be asked.

If you need further help and samples, I would be more than glad to help you.

just ask. and i will send you examples of what i did.

How about instructions for filing the I129f directly from the USCIS website. Use them in conjuction with the Guides here on VJ and you'll be fine.

Since you are just starting out on this process thru the HCMC Consulate I would suggest you also read this post I recently made:

HCMC is a tough place to get a pink but it can be done and usually is. We're all here to help you make sure you have a solid I-129f, etc so you can get a pink slip at your interview.
