Let me tell you.. My wife wants to go back to Philippines, she's homesick and missed her family so much..

She tells me, she's just here because of me and wants our family to be complete..

- Cover letter (lists of what's inside the packet)

- Form I-485 (AOS)

- Payment $1010 (check) (Biometrics fee included)

- Copy of Form I-797C Notice of Action (Approval Notice)

- Copy of my birth certificate

- Copy of Passport (Biographical Page)

- Copy of K1 Visa with entry stamp

- Copy of Form I-94 (front and back)

- Original Copy of Marriage Certificate

- Medical Form I-693A -sealed envelope by the civil surgeon-

- Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet (4 pages)

- 2 passport size photos

I-864 Affidavit of Support (Petitioner)

- Federal income tax return ) 2007, W-2 2007 (for his job last 2007)

- Proof of source of income

- Letter from Veterans proving income is non taxable

- Copy of bank statement proving the VA deposited every month, (notarized)

- Copy of his Passport (Biographical Page)

I-864A Affidavit of Support (Joint Sponsor) --just in case we need co-sponsor... above avaerage income but work is not starting til july.

- Federal income tax return 2007, W-2 for 2007

- Pay stubs

- Employment Letter

- Copy of passport

I-765 Application for Employment Document

- Copy of Passport (Biographical Page)

- Copy of K1 visa with entry stamp

- Copy of Form I-94 (front and back)

- Copy of Marriage Certificate

- 2 passport size photos

I-131 APPLICATION FOR TRAVEL DOCUMENT

- Copy of passports (Biographical page)

- Copy of K1 visa with entry stamp

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.
