finally i am in AMERICA its wonderful to see this country i like it..

Becoming a Permanent Resident While in the United States

1- I-485, Application To Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status + 1000 dollars

2- I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act.

3- G-325A, Biographic Information.

4- I-765, Application for Employment Authorization .

5- I-131, Application for Travel Document.

6- If you were admitted into the United States as a fiancé of a U.S. citizen and married that citizen within the required 90 days, you must submit a copy of the fiancé petition approval notice and a copy of your marriage certificate.

this is NOT necessary... you can apply after just as easily. My husband applied for his SSN 1 week after our marriage, 2 weeks after his arrival. You must wait about 2 weeks after arrival anyway so that you are "in the system". If you apply before that you will not show up in the SS system.

they gave me hard time get SS after i got married thats why i say get it be4 u get married
