I-130 change status to USC

Hi,

I just got my Citizenship and I mailed a copy of my Naturalization to NVC. They upgraded my I-130 as Citizen, do you know what will be the timeline until my wife will receive an interview date? Manila Embassy. Any Help will be appreciated.

This will have the effect of getting an imediate visa number, NVC will start working on the case and will send out I-864 and visa fee bills.

Look at the timelines for CR-1 visa you will get an idea of timing.

Thank you, I called NVC today and they said the beneficiary will receive more information within 6 to 8 weeks. Is this the packet 4?

Yes, if you have paid the visa fee, and I-864 bill.
