called the NVC today and they told me that my fiancee's packet 3 was sent to me and not her. hmm I wonder why that is. Her address is correct on the petition form.

Is there anything in that packet 3 that has to be mailed in via snail mail or are all the forms in electronic format? If they are in electronic format (eg pdf files) that would be great i can just e-mail the forms to my fiancee and she can print them out and send them in. I really don't want to mail the forms from the US snail mail to Saudi Arabia is so slow.

Generally the US consulate has a website where she can download the forms herself. Worse case - you can scan them and email her the scanned copies. g Curious - why are you mentioning Saudi Arabia your signature shows Philippines? Good Luck
