It's the greatest feeling walking down the street and thinking "this time next week I'll be going through customs, at this time Govi should be waiting for me, etc."

I bet! Take lots of pix and bring them back to share! Oh and let me know how it's going with the new government there and if it is affecting traveling at all.

Mine would be a toss up between Mexico and Disney World. We love them both and it's always a huge decision for us to decide which place we are going to next.

Of course!! It will be interesting - I just may be arriving at a monarchy and leaving a democratic republic - who knows if the transition will be that swift though.

Like everyone else on this thread it seems, home home home. I split my holidays between dublin and the west coast of ireland. at the moment I can pop over for weekends, soon, it will not be so easy!

other than that I don't like to keep going back to the same places, maybe with the exception of Paris, I like to go somewhere new every time

Before I moved here: Edinburgh, Scotland was my favourite place I had been up to that point.

After I moved here: my favourite beach 15 mins from my parents' house in Nova Scotia.

One of these days we will spend some of our vacation time somewhere other than my home province!
