Hi guys, thanks for your birthday wishes it was fab had a great time,!!!

Congrats to all those who have been approved, touched and yes even rfed.

Our current status, no updates as of yet. Not been touched since July, heartbreaking but we have already phoned and I doubt there's much we can do.

Hannah, I'm right there with you.... every day I check to see if you got approved too..... I know exactly how you're feeling right now, our NOA-1 being the day after yours....

Personally, although I'm extremely happy for everyone who's getting their NOA-2 and touches, each one makes me more worried and frustrated because now they seem to be into the last week of May, and we haven't even been touched for almost a month. What could be the hold-up??????

And a random questions about the police reports- Adriano lived and worked in the US for a couple years, so will he need police reports from those states (because they form says anywhere he's lived for longer than 6 months) as well or just Brazil because they're doing the background check? Thanks.

I'm trying not to get too excited about our petition getting touched because of this very thing.

Trying to save my excitement until something gets done, because I'd rather not get excited now and floored later if something goes amiss. I keep thinking about poor estadia and, yeah, it sucks.

I got a letter from the "United States Government" stating that the packet is being sent to the NVC and the processing will take 2 weeks? When should my fiance expect packet 3 (I got NOA2 on 9/26/08). Also, is it possible that she can get her interview before December 8th (Mumbai Consulate)?

Hi Guys! Here's a message from Don (Six-Twelve)

"We were approved yesterday with that 1st touch, and they notified me this morning by e-mail. Jessica I need your help, can you do me a favor, and let the VJ family know that I cannot reply to any boards without getting error messages that say's "you are not permitted to this board" apparently applies to any of them (forums). Maybe somone has a solution to solve this, otherwise I will not be able to get help or ask questions pertaining to the rest of the journey."

Congrats to them and if anyone knows how he can post again, please message him and let him know!
