I feel bad for you, Hannah. I hope ours doesn't delay like this. Nonetheless, if it (NOA2) happens in October I'll be happy, but expecting it in late October until some time in December. Keeping expectations low, as tough as it may be watching others getting approved.

Still, you get to see your Vito.

Let's go approvals!

yup he has just gone to get his plane

i till have to fin gettiing ready before he comes. i'm very excited just will that we could have our noa2 before he has to go bk. then i wont feel so bad like i wont see him for ages again.

vito just phoned them and we got nothing. the guy was nice and checked our petiton cos he system wouldnt accept our number but it stiill said pending, Vito told him we knew of people who had been approved after us and wanted to know if there was a problem with ours or if it was a matter of patience, and the guy told us they are doing febuary. didnt even mention if we are past the security check. :crying:

Sounds pretty much the same as when I called them! Just keep breathing and be so happy that in a few hours you get to be with your boy you lucky girl!!!!

Here's a quote for today (and one of my personal favorites):

"Someday, someone will walk into your life and make you realize why it never worked with anyone else." -Unknown

And in honor of Vito's trip, here's a quote that makes me laugh (because I've heard it soooo many time from my non-American friends):

"Why do we Americans insist on embarrassing ourselves? For instance, if I ever meet someone who is from anywhere in Europe, I invariably say, 'Oh cool, I studied abroad in London.' Who... cares? That's like me telling a Spaniard that I'm from the United States and him saying, 'Oh, bueno, I spent a weekend in Cleveland once." - Aaron Karo

No offense to any of my fellow Americans, I just think it's a funny quote!

Here's to hoping we get more approvals soon! Should I be getting concerned that I'm May 2nd and still haven't gotten approved??? I'm starting to get worried....

thanks for that. its really sweet. we are may th 1st and other than two others on igors i think we are the only may 1st left. on vj. eek. i'm wondering if they just jump ahead sometimes and do a token lot lot so they look like they are on top of their work and go bk to the ones they missed later. or maybe we are harder to process in the security checks. though i dont see how that is so. it would be really nice if we had a bit more information as to how this process works. i think it would make me feel better.
