Hey Everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend... Some of my besties were in town this weekend, and we definitely had a blast, so it kept my mind off this visa business. Now I feel confident and refreshed that our time is coming soon. I came across this quote today and it seem to fit our lives so perfectly, so I wanted to share it with you guys.... maybe it will give at least one of you a boost:

"I beg you... to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don't search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them, and the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now, perhaps then, someday far [or hopefully not so far] in the future you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer..." -Rainer Maria Rilke

Take from it what you want, but I see it as living life in the moment, knowing that what we have to do to be with our loves might be more difficult than we ever imagined, but when we're all done (and this thread fades away as someone else said) know that we have fought harder and grown, and learned so much, and that our relationships and lives have been enriched by this journey.

Thanks for letting me have a sappy moment...

And one more for the road:

"The course of true love never did run smooth." Shakespeare

"Absence is to love as wind is to fire; It extinguishes the small and kindles the great." Roger de Bussy-Rabutin

Good evening, as the weekend winds down and we eagerly await the next day so that we can resume our roles as slaves to the computer checking, and checking again, hoping that the new's was sent and if we're the lucky ones for an approval today. I wish each of you the best of luck and hopes that your journey shortens as you reach your destinations. In following with "BrazilianXuxu" I leave you with some quotes of love. We are all very fortunate people, each and every one of us has found life partners in some of the most exoctic places on the planet, and as members of the VisaJourney family...which is what we've become; a family, each of us have or are going through great lengths to ensure that we unite with our loved ones by taking this journey of faith and endurance.

"Love doesn't make the world go round, love is what makes the ride worthwhile." - Elizabeth Browning

In some cases we bring our loved ones along on this journey, whether they're here with us or seperated by thousands of miles. So as I continue my journey, I'm amazed at the wonderful people that I may have had an opportunity to share opinions with, and the informations that I've recieved from them. I consider you all firends...but better still, family members, and if what we are all seeking is meant to be, then it will...

"Maybe love is like luck. You have to go all the way to find it." - Robert Mitchum

Hope to read from you all during the week.

Boa Noite (Good night)

Good morning, you're one of the lucky ones. Seems as though you may have applied for your I-129f within the time frame as some of us who have been waiting for NOA2's beyond the average waiting period, but congrats on your success.
