 i recon that uscis shouldn't just email you if you get noa2 but also email you when you have finished the security checks, i would feel so much better if i understood if we were still being cleared or if they have just forgotten us on a desk because they are behind, I hate the not knowing. it must be the worst part :(

Please hang in there....they work randomly and not completley in order but remember they ARE on your month!!

Feel free to rant to us when oure feeling down. Youre gunna feel so great wen u get an approval , like a huuge weight lifted so just focus on that feeling. I also noticed that whenever i spoke to andrew it was always about the visa approval. It was all i could think/speak/talk about and it was getting me down so i made a point not to talk to him too much about it. Instead we looked past that and started talking about honeymoon and wedding speeched- what we think his best man would say ect ect and just looking beyond the huge hurdel of getting approved made me feel better. Ths is the time when youre tested the most but dont let it win! Weve all been there and gotten through it and youre no different. Hang on...read a book and take ourself away from it (thats what i did)

Youll feel bette and be approved in no time :star:

WOW, It seems like MANY folks received NOA 2 today! That is great.:thumbs: One day you are just waiting, your patience is tested to the max, you are anxious and frustrated that government and political forces are standing between you and your true-love, then suddenly... you cross into NOA 2 approval! Still more hurdles ahead, but a major milepost reached and such a relief!

Just yesterday, I was feeling a bit anxious that there were no approvals on Igor's list, then today WE were approved even ahead of our VJ timeline estimate!:dance:

Thank you Lord! Thanks to the CIS staff for your part in making dreams come true, and thanks to all here on this site for their care.

Take heart if you are still waiting... and hang in there...

Peace, Net and Mike

We got another touch yesterday. Does this mean we've had our case sent to the NVC?

Hmm...not sure. I haven't had anymore touches, but my case is at NVC. I called Thursday and they gave me a case number. In fact, I THINK it might be on it's way to Casablanca! Not 100% sure but according to DHL something went out yesterday to there. The funny thing is that I haven't received the NOA2 in the mail yet. :P

Call the NVC on Monday and see if they have received it! (603 334-0700, Press 1 and then 5) They'll ask you for your WAC # and both your names and birthdates. Ask if they've received it, and ask for a case number. I called at night and the person was super-nice.

:star:

Wish-upon-a-star-1.jpg

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved
