I didn't think we should be expecting ours this early.

Being at the end of the month and all..

Well, now today was my day to break down into tears - and of all places at work I was chatting with my fiance and I got so upset that we even ended up fighting. I'm a whack job today!

I feel horrible. I'm going home from work early.

Well, I mean things have been frustrating for us too..

In the sense that Greece constantly has power outages in villages throughout the country due to a terrible power infrastructure -- every summer, that is.

So beyond having difficulty getting ahold of her besides her cell phone (which none of my plans cover and it costs $0.22/min regardless of which service, minimum), we both miss each other, and it's hard in that sense. However, we've gone quite a bit of time without any small fights, never mind big ones, and all is good, and we're both being patient and waiting for things to happen. At the same time I'm moving, to be better situated in a larger place for her, my job is moving to southern cal, and I'm doing everything I can to convince them to let me work at home (we'll see how that goes), but I doubt it, nonetheless, looking for a 2nd job and another full time job. I'll easily make well over the 125% poverty level myself, I just want us to be comfortable and in a good working class environment, not these poor neighborhoods with idiots (crime, drama, etc.) like I grew up around.

I am getting a bit nervous though now that it's getting closer to approval/RFE time.

i feel like phoning them up and asking if their website system is busted again, but i somehow doubt that i will get anything else other than whats on the website? do you think that they would be able to tell us if its been asigned an adjudicating officer yet?

Hannah, just be patient. I don't think there's much else one can say since we're just now getting into May approvals. Give yourself a month, then start getting worried.

You'll get it soon so don't fret.

There is nothing they do at the CSC apart from misleading you and making you feel worse! I got told that I probs had another 4 months to wait as they were only onto "Jan 08" which we all know is b$%** . Youre just a number to them and they dont care and only go by what their computer system tells them. I wish i never called them because the guy i talked to squashed all my hope in 1 sec...

You'll be fine. If you take a breather and dont check for a day or so i bet thats the day you get it..thats what happened to me

I know, I totally understand! I hate that waiting and not knowing! it's soooooooooo frustrating. You doubt yourself, your application and sometimes your relationship. But be assured... it will happen! you will get your NOA2 and then everything moves quickly. Just hang in there! You will be ok and soon reunited with your fiance (then HUSBAND ) Best wishes for you for an approval soon!!!!!

Well, another day done, a bit closer. I was really somehow hoping that this would be the day, but I guess it isnt. I'm ready to be done with this, but so are we all. Hopefully there are a bunch more approvals when I get up tommorrow, and I'd love for them to be from all our May friends.
