2009-07-15 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765 (USCIS rec'd date is 07-12)

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!

Guy! I PROMISE you you are nearly there. I felt like this a few days ago. Its the last stages of the process of emotions thats all..once you get to this sulky stage, it means youre pretty much there :thumbs: (i think anyways)

HOLD ON! Maybe step away from the computer for a while and take a breather for a day or so...you'll feel so much better :star:

12/01/08: Approved at 11:30 AM

12/04/08: Got the passport with the VISA stamped :D

12/09/08: Got on the airlines and arrived at LAX at 6:15 PM POE took 4 mins

01/27/09: The big day - WEDDING

01/28/09: Applied for SSN

02/12/09: Got SSN in the mail

02/17/09: Got Marriage Certificate

02/28/09: Filed AP, AOS and EAD

03/13/09: NOA received (AP, AOS and EAD)

03/13/09: Biometrics appointment received

i'm sorry you folks are still waiting...:( i'm hear to offer support and to confirm what was said above...this is absolutely the hardest time of the process. That NOA2 WILL COME and when it does all that you feel will fade and the joy that it will bring is so much stronger a feeling. :)

Me too... our NOA-1 was May 2... and I swear I can't concentrate on work, or school, or ANYTHING in my life right now! I just want that moment when I wake up next to him and know that we won't have to say goodbye AGAIN in a week or two. That I get to come home and have my fiance there with me! Why does this take sooooooo long?!?!?

Well, now today was my day to break down into tears - and of all places at work :wacko: I was chatting with my fiance and I got so upset that we even ended up fighting. I'm a whack job today! :bonk:

I feel horrible. I'm going home from work early.
