As far as if they read off the site, I cannot answer that...who knows you might luck out and get someone who actually checks things out...The other option is Vito can contact his Congressman and have them step in...you're right around the approving time frame it seems so it wouldn't be that far of a leap.

I totally know what you mean--I'm trying so hard to stay out of sulking mode, but it can be hard (and I've been waiting a much shorter period of time than you!). There are still some April filers outstanding, but it definitely looks like they're making progress--it shouldn't be too much longer!!!

It's definitely getting harder to stay positive these days, especially with so many April filers that still need to be approved. I feel really stuck these days--not really here, not quite there yet, and time just keeps flying by. Trying not to think about things too much, but some weeks all you want to do is sulk. Because, seriously, being away from your partner blows.

We filed through CSC April 29th, 2008 but they techinically didn't receive it till May 1st, 2008. So can we sneak into this group? guys...........I cant believe im writing this but WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally i can use this little guy

I was getting so stressed with it all so yesterday i didnt check online, i didnt even goon my laptop.....i just went to work and when i got home at night i read a book and went to sleep. I was so sure that we wouldnt get it any time soon that i was going to book a flight o see him for ten days next week!! When i decided today to check my emails and sure enough CASE APPROVED!!

I was so sure that we were going to get an RFE!!

Thank you to all who listened to my moans and groans....I got bad a few times i know!!!!

ok new goal! not check that ruddy website again untill lunch time california time. this is gunna be hard, especially see as i can't check igors now either. uggg, the hopes of having an nvc number by the 25th are gradually demishing, i was so hoping to have vito hold my hand at the medical, plus save money on another extra train fair.

you know, i think the CSC mut wire us up to some sort of device without us knowing which tells them when we hav reached breaking point and have no hope, and only then do they decide to approve us!

Thats what happened with me, i was hopeful 3 weeks ago...then gradually got worse and worse and then finally got to the point where i was crying and we were at the point where andrew was saying if it didnt come by dec the he would come and live here..his exact words "if my goverment wont let me be with the one person i wanna be with then screw them, ill come and live in UK"

Anyways, i got to the point where I didnt actually want to check the website becuase i knew i woud be disspointed again....this must then reach the staisfaction of the CSC and the device would beep and they say 'ok, shes ready for her approval' hahah

Youll find youself at a complete low and then find that amazing email...and youll be on an amazing high (emotional rollercoaster i know)

Im just glad we dont have to postpone our jan 10th that weve already put money down for and i can now start to look forward to it and see a light.

You know what i was like at the end of it...all my moans and groans..dont worry your time is coming and when it does its the most Amazing feeling ever!
