so far there have benn many1st may filers approved and frightened that Vito might be the last of that date to be approved on igors, i can't look, and theres been a 2nd and 5th of may approvals. i think i'm going to sit in the corrner and sulk with cca aka claire.

theres about two of us 1st may filers left. is it possible that we have been approved and the site not updated? has everyone who got an email, found their account online updated? because i found it strange that geiorgina's email was for the 5th of sept, but it seems they found the email today? :unsure:

This has all come as such a surprise. I had no clue that the processing times on the USCIS site were inaccurate. Could have saved so many tears every time they pushed it back. Our NOA-1 was May 1, 2008, so I'm hoping to hear something this week based on VJ. A random Affidavit question... will he need to show current income, or is that all me/my family? I'm getting so nervous! I just got back from Brazil a week ago, expecting not to see him again for 6 months! I'm trying not to get too excited about anything because every time, we've been disappointed, but things are looking like we might possible catch a break! So excited.

first things first is he petitioner or benificiary? or are you petitioner or benificiary? and who is sponcering benificiary? petitioner? co sponcer, or apparently there is such a thing in some few cases of self sponcership but i hear its a bit difficult to do as some are unsure about how much liquid assets are required for this.

I'm the petitioner, he's the benificiary. Our lawyer said that my tax returns, and letter from employer should be fine, but that current bank information would also help. I just don't want them to ask for his bank information, because when he tried for a tourist visa, they denied it based on current income (he works on a cruise ship and therefore didn't have anything currently coming in at the time of his interview). So as long as I make 125% above the poverty line, we're fine, right?? I am comfortable with everything in our case other than this affidavit part. May 2nd NOA-1 and touch on 9/5/08... Still waiting.... So frustrating! I can't concentrate on anything right now!! Thanks for all the support!!!

omg you got touched too? so jellous. it is my understanding that they want to see the petitioners income seen as the benificiary, will out of work for a while after entry, that makes sence.

I could totally be wrong, but it seems like it goes in "chunks" rather than by specific dates. Rather than doing all the May 1s, it could be that there's a box with May 1-10, another one with 1-8, another with 2-15, etc. So you might just be in a different box, but it should definitely be coming soon!!!!

I could totally be wrong, but it seems like it goes in "chunks" rather than by specific dates. Rather than doing all the May 1s, it could be that there's a box with May 1-10, another one with 1-8, another with 2-15, etc. So you might just be in a different box, but it should definitely be coming soon!!!!

those chuck are proberbly how they hand them out to the officers, so if ones behind i guess discrepancies happen.

how muh is that cost us? and from what i've heard they read off the site don't they?
