if i check that website one more time, i think i might blow up my computer. :bonk: or at least need a new mouse from excessive clicking.

hehe thanks guys feel a lot better... just spoke to andrew for ages too and had bit of a cry to him. As usual he made things better so back on the track of hope again and pray that something comes up soon!!

Nope nothing! sniff sniff.. If nothing gets done by next week ive decided to take alst min holiday to see andrew for 10 days so at least thats something to look forward to. I dont know how an sane person can expect a normal person to wait for up to 11 months without a word on how things are being processed! Its insane but then again the CSC are pretty insane Its asf theyre trying to make things as difficult as possible in a hope that your relationship wont survive and they dont have to let you into america...what the dont realise is that its making the relationships stronger than ever!

The problem is that if we manage to get our visas sooner, we might be pushing the 90 day limit to get married on a k1. That said, i think Feb would be fairly safe both ways, both that we'll have it by then, and within the 90 days.

I'm telling myself Melannie will be home between Christmas, and Groundhog Day. (Feb 2)

I really shouldnt have done that! Now i feel like so upset. I called up CSC and actually got to somebody! I gave my reciept number and he repeated eveything on the website... recieved and pending blah blah. I then asked if there was anything that they could do because i was getting anxious and i knew they were approving april filers. He just blankly said that on the official website they were onto january 'maam' and so i coul be waiting another 4 months!!!! Do u think that the people approved are just a lucky handful of people, cuz i mean why would they put january on the website if they really were way ahead of that? Surley there must be some people they approve that actually go by this timeline?? No im worried and upset and all hope has gone for an approval anytime soon

I've noticed since I started watching approval times on the USCIS website last December, that the time they post generally coincides with the time people seem to be getting their actual visas, but that may be just coincidental????

I am constantly nervous and keep checking VJ for anything I may have missed. I guess here begins the waiting game. Once we get our stuff off to CSC I will add a signature.

You go to the uscis.gov and sign up with your case number..IF the date is different then the actual acceptance date of your NOA1 then you got touched:)

My problem is that Morocco tends to have long AP's. So even if we get an interview and everything goes well by the end of this year, we're looking at several more weeks or months to issue a visa. So I'm not even going to think about planning a big wedding. It will be a small ceremony with close friends and then when we have time, plan something much bigger. My plan was to go back to see him when he got the visa, but I dont think I can wait that long!! I'm already thinking to maybe go late fall/early winter. But without even an approval, I can't plan anything. Everything is "what if, what if, what if" And just the thought of going to see him and having to say goodbye again not knowing when I'll see him again. I dont know if I can do it a 4th time!!

you show her your bank balance? seriously, its quite sobering to see the numbers, i looked at the place we really want to get married at and at basic start out price for food for this year is $54 per head. not too bad you think till you multiply it when i realised how much it would cost for food for just 100 peeps i didn't seem so intent on having so many people.
