Nothing at all? I'm sure it'll be fine...I'm worried about it as well, but luckily we have Sarah's job writing a letter declaring as coming back on the day after her flight returns. ALso she'll have itinerary...so maybe that's all he'll need.

Sorry if you've mentioned before, but who's the USC and who's from over seas?

thats all i have a letter from employer stating they expect me bk but i doubt they will be tooo convinced seen as its bar work. then i would have return e ticket and copy of noa1 but i'm concerned they would want more so maybe not risk it, anyhow its his turn next as i just came back from him last part of april and hopefully it wont be three months after hes been before the visa is issued. i hope

Ha what a joke I emailed them and asked a few questions earlyer about the hpv. ok granted it was a fast responce something like 3 hours, but hey the quality could have been better.

I'm wondering if I should put the stuff thats happened so far into a thread in the uk forum or not? I mean i've no actuall good answers yet, but i wonder if we could all club together and post what we have found?

these were the questions I asked

about the HPV vaccine, was there any other reason other than age group and gender that would exempt me from having it done?

which of the two brands do you use? (ok pointless but i was interested seen as one isnt licenced here yet)

as I beleve I am required to have completed the course of three injections by adjustment of status and the vaccine is done over six months is it possible for me to begin the course here and finish in the US?

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the HPV vaccine. You are allocated a time slot with both the nurse and doctor on the day of the medical. For the K1 visa you don't necessarily require this vaccine before you are granted the visa. You are able to start the course in the USA. If you look at the department for health website it will give details of the HPV.

Yes we are keeping our fingers crossed and praying , not only could we spend Christmas together but....Geraldyn and I are pregnant .

Her due date is December 15th or I think the 17th I get a little confused because we have allot going on right now. We are not sure what to think

because some people are saying that they...(people at the interview)...may not let her fly. But then when I checked VJ before work there was a post...I think from one of the couples that were approved in 4 months, saying that she is due next week .

Any advise or knowledge of this would be appreciated. THANK YOU.

I'm not sure about the flying but I doubt that the embassy would delay your visa because they didnt want you to fly, I thought I saw once that philipine fiance who was pregant was told she still had to have the x rays even though she was pregant or they wouldnt pass her medical till she did but i would look that one up. as i cant remember fully

If anyone would cause a stink it would be your doctor and possibly the airlines but that would be if there was a problem with pregnant women flying. and as i have yet to ever be I dont know. i did think i heard you werent supossed to after a cetain stage but that could be a wives tail. I would chat with your doctor and maybe contact a couple of airlines and ask if its not advisable or if they have guildlines that might prevent her flighing after a certain point?

I would say now you'll probably want to start looking at what will be needed after you receive the NOA2. A lot of it is going to be on beneficiary's side, but its stuff you should be able to research together!
