Hey guys, If CSC need more information (RFE?) then does the status get touched before hand? Bcause ive heard that your case may not get touched many times and then suddenly you have an NOA2 approval so does this mean the same for getting an RFE in the post? I only ask because all mail is being sent to andrews parents address and we're worried that they wont realise ad therefore wont open any mail that comes their way and let us know. If our status has been touched then ill call them everyday to see if anythings arrived...... if that all makes sense?haha

I don't think there's any sort of consistent way of getting an RFE.

Trust me, it's on my mind too. Just cross your fingers and hope.

the one touch u get would prob be the time they pick it up to adjudicate for the first time and since they claim it only takes 15 mins to do i guess it depends on whether they update the system regulary as to when u find out

Apparently there are just some adjuticators who scan the petitions and some who do not. CSC seems to have much less 'touching' going on than VSC.

Hannah & Vito... the process is so difficult but you are headed to the finish line now... probably the hardest part of all. Much strength to you to get through these final days of waiting for the NOA2. It's coming!

thanks kimandruss, i would be content to a point if i could occupie myself with just watching us creep up on igors list, at least it would feel like we are making progress, but we have only moved two spaces up this week and just knowing this update is coming but not happening is doing my head in

if i were you i would breif them on what to lok out for, because somes rfe or noa2 i've seen people not get updated online and just get the post. it should be easy to identify. Vito knew that his letter had come from them straight away without even opening the envelope. just tell them anything could happen anytime now and could they call you if he gets anything that might be from them,

I dont really go by CSC update to the processing times becuase theyre saying theyre doing Jan' at the mo when some april filers are being approved so i dont go by it at all

i dont take it litterally, its just when they update evryone ups up on igors list plus they must have a bit of a panic and the center (maybe its tagets and things) cos you see an increase of approvals about the same time.

hang in htere you will get yours soon. then it will be our turn.

i just looked at your timeline and your noa1 is the 21st, they have only just got that far so you really should be soon.

It usually takes them 2 business days after the 15th to show the update

Never heard of this, and why would you surrender your medical records to Immigration anyway?

The documents that you submit at the POE... does this not include medical records from London? I thought I read that medical docs were shown there too, as well as at the interview. And since you don't get to see what's in the envelope and aren't allowed to open it, there's no way to get it copied.

The Tdap is a breeze you don't even notice it, the MMR hurts..like hell! . I am a 22 year old Female student so I got mine free on the NHS.

Well of course it's all worth it to be with the boy... and I can treat myself to a nice cup of tea afterwards!! I'll also be a 22 year old student... so can get my healthy dose of pain for free!

Not sure, but I've seen other threads with people have the same problem. Computers are pretty mysterious to me though, so I've no idea how it would happen
