Hey guys, forgive my absence lately...my mother's been having some serious health problems, so it's been hectic here to say the least!

Sarah will be here in less than 3 weeks! :joy :joy :joy

I'm slightly nervous...while I know she's allowed to visit during this process, and all that I am worried they'll turn her away. We've spoken on what to say to the entry officer, giving only as much information as they ask for and answering them honestly. Also, she's having her job type up a letter stating that she is on holiday and will be returning to work on October 2nd. Plus she'll have her itinerary on her...and she's going through Cincinnati which from what i've read is a low hassle POE.

Fingers crossed for you all, and hopefully we'll all be celebrating soon!

And yes, I've had to learn new slang from Sarah! It's great!

Wondered where you'd been. Hoping everything turns out ok for your mother. I'm sure you'll have no POE problems, and will get a great visit in. Hopefully we'll all be doin backflips over noa2's in 3 weeks!

i check igors every hour in the evenings, and several times during the day if possible, and man have the last 2 days been frustrating! I'm sure there are approvals, why dont people update!?! I know of 3 now who post that they are approved, but dont update their timelines! Its difficult for a compulsive type like me.

i've just been ranting those exact same words to Vito and everyone that will listen to me and to top it off there are two duplicates infront of us.

though earlyer we went forward once then back again cos of a new april filer.

do you guys think we should make a list of us all (may filers) like the jan thread did to track progress when the approvals role?

it was quite interesting to see the pecentage approved/still waiting each week.

I would, but just posting is a challenge for me. Computers are not my thing. Some one a bit more savvy would be able to do it 10 times better and easier than me.

ok i just copy and pasted into note pad anyone on igors with a noa1 date of may or a postal date of may, so over lapping on both sides, all in order of igors which is postal date unless missing then noa1 date. perhaps i should rearange them to noa1 date?

means some will go further back on the list than before but its just may list not entire list.

I dont think the order is that important since they dont process us in order anyway. I bet you'll be one of the first May approvals though.

what they proberbly do it dish them out in noa order but then it depends on who gets the faster officers

i put them in order of noa1 cos it clames thats the order and for most it signifies how long they have been waiting

Can someone tell me the number of the CSC to call if i have any questions? A lot of people actually manngae to talk to someone instead of an automated response. Could you tell me this numbr? thanks

i dont know what it is myself but i think there is one on the noa1 yup there is two

if you dont recieve an initial decision with their estimated prcessing times email on website or call 800-375-5283

the other is to update or correct any information they have which is the same ooops hope this help cca but your fiance might need to phone from the states. perhaps more seasoned vjrs might be able to give info. hope all goes well with you.

welcome to our little party 20and8, i did baulk at 2007 but i see its 2008, for min there i thioought they were making you wait all the time.

ahhhh we were 129 last nite and had been for ages, then there were three approvals updated on the list today and now we are 130 work that one out. its just being so close to and update and moving up and being so close to them moving on to our month i'm getting antsy. I know one thing if i dont stop watching igors i'm gunna blow a fuse.

i'm alomost finished making the list but there is well over fifty on it, prob bit too much to post in a forum
