I scheduled our civil ceremony wedding yesterday. March 6 at 2:30 p.m. I'm so glad our anniversery will be easy to remember!!!! 03-06-09

nice! it must feel good to finally have some dates arranged? i know i felt a bit better when we had some stuff set in stone. have your police certificates arrived yet?

We will have them by Monday. They were mailed to Melannie's old flat. It feels great to have a date when the hardest part of this process will be over!

yep, then it is back to the waiting game again! ;) i'm still waiting for my social security card to turn up *taps fingers*

it is much easier to deal with problems when you are together, i bet you can't wait to see her again. not long to go now! :)

haha, ya i'm basically still at home. it'll get better. i hope it isn't too cold for the mardi gras parades this weekend!

how are you settling in? any news on the dress?

So I finally have my duplicate Australian Police Check. Its such a poor cousin to the UK one. Its just a piece a paper. Any way I called the courier service but after talking with AN IDIOT I found out they won't pick up the phone in that department till Monday, so I am planning on flying back Wednesday 4 March.
