what date did yours get bk to them?

perhaps its cos they are dealling with an rfe. maybe you should phone them and inquire fro curent info?

Hey Guys!

Congrats on the interviews (which are the day before my bday, so if you want, and approval can be my bday present from you guys! :P )

So we just got an email from our lawyer that I've been moaning about. Turns out he's OUT OF THE COUNTRY! Some sort of emergency. So now I feel like a total B*$%H! And he doesn't return to the US until our interview date. #######. Looks like we're on our own.

Adriano has everything together, forms filled out, police cert, medical finished, affidavit arrived today, so things are underway! I can't believe the huge discrepancy between countries. After all the time we waited after most of the May NOA-2's came in, our interview came before? That just doesn't add up! Not that I'm complaining about our interview, I'm empathizing with everyone that's still waiting, or just got the interview. I wonder why Rio just sends 3/4 together.

Anyway, best of luck!! We're getting soooooooo close!!

P.S. Does anyone else get all teary when you see a wedding (on TV... anywhere) and wonder if we're EVER going to get our happy ending?

You can do it without the lawyer. We never hired one :thumbs:

yeah, Casa is the same - Packets 3/4 come at the same time. So I knew about the December interview date in October.

P.S. Mostly I get bitchy.....not teary eyed....lol. I'm so mean.

LAWYERS!!! At least things are moving now.

There is no consistant pattern from the begining to the end of this whole process! FRUSTRATING INDEED!

OH, I get teary eyed just coming on VJ! Looks like there will be a few of us still here for a while.
